This research aims to see the potential for utilizing slaughterhouse blood and maggot waste by using flour as a chicken feed concentrate. The research method used in this research is the action research research method. In this research there is a comparison of prices, whether or not the feed is eaten with purchased chicken feed, processed feed from Flour is widely known for its high protein content and expensive price. The research results show that the production costs required for making chicken feed with formulas A and B are 8,069/Kg, Formula C is 8,201/Kg, Formula D is 7,976/Kg. Cheaper than the average price of feed usually purchased by Gandus chicken farmers, which is IDR 9,850/Kg. by using blood waste mixed with flour as animal feed. Through experiments, chickens want to consume the feed that has been made. In its development, the SO strategy can be carried out by using the power in making this feed to take advantage of existing opportunities.
