One of the commodities from the plantation subsector that plays an important role in the economy is oil palm. The majority of the population in Suka Damai Baru Village work as oil palm farmers. The study aims to 1) Analyze the amount of income of oil palm farmers in Suka Damai Baru Village, 2) Analyze what factors affect the income of oil palm farmers in Suka Damai Baru Village, 3) Analyze the income of oil palm farmers in Suka Damai Baru Village in meeting the needs of a decent life. The research location is Suka Damai Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. Data collection was carried out in March 2023, using field survey research method, including questionnairs and interviews with related respondents. The sampling method was carried out randomly (simple random sampling) of the population of oil palm farmers of KPKS Suka Makmur. The number of respondents was 40 oil palm farmers from a total population of 380 farmers. This study collected primary data and secondary data. The result of this research is that the income of KPKS Suka Makmur farmers has an average of Rp. 47,066,205 in a year and the average income of KPKS Suka Makmur farmers not all meets or exceeds the standard of living needs where the standard value of living needs in Suka Damai Baru Village is Rp. 1,350,561. with a percentage of -19 % above KHL.
