Brebes Regency is the district that produces the most duck eggs in Central Java. Duck farming in Brebes Regency is one of the government's ways of increasing income. The objectives of this research are 1) Describe the duck egg supply chain in Brebes Regency, 2) Calculate the performance of the duck egg supply chain in Brebes Regency 3) Analyze the profits of Brebes duck eggs in Brebes Regency. This research was conducted in Brebes Regency using a survey method which was carried out by conducting direct interviews. Meanwhile, the data used in this research uses primary data and secondary data. Actors in the duck egg supply chain from the Sumber Rejeki Duck Farming Group, Losari District, Brebes Regency consist of: 1) Raw Material Suppliers, 2) Production, 3) Losari Agents, 4) Production House, 5) Logistics, 6) Outside Regional Agent, 7) Marketing Place, and 8) Consumer. The flow performance of the duck egg supply chain from the Sumber Rejeki Duck Farming Group, Losari District, Brebes Regency consists of: 1) Information Flow, 2) Financial Flow, and 3) Product Flow. The profit received by the Sumber Rejeki Duck Farming Group, Losari District, Brebes Regency is IDR 14,310.05/month. The largest marketing margin is at the Production House, namely Rp. 800,-/item and the smallest marketing margin is obtained by Regional and Logistics Agents at Rp. 100,-/item.
