PENGARUH PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR (POC) DARI LIMBAH PABRIK TAHU DENGAN MIKROORGANISME LOKAL (MOL) REBUNG BAMBU (Bambusa vulgaris) TERHADAP SIFAT BIOLOGI TANAH DI ULTISOL
Ultisol is a type of soil characterized by low organic matter and nutrient content, high acidity, and low fertility. Therefore, the use of organic fertilizers, especially liquid organic fertilizer (LOF), is crucial to improving its fertility. This study aims to examine the effect of LOF derived from tofu factory wastewater fermented with local microorganisme bamboo shoot on the biological properties of Ultisol, particularly on the population of soil bacteria and fungi. The research was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with six treatments: control (no fertilizer), NPK fertilizer, and four LOF doses (25 ml, 50 ml, 75 ml, and 100 ml), each combined with 50 ml of water, and replicated five times. The observed parameters were the population of soil bacteria and fungi. The results showed that the application of LOF significantly affected the increase in soil microorganism populations. The treatment with 100 ml of LOF + 25 ml of water gave the highest results for both bacterial and fungal populations. The LOF also contained macronutrients such as nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K), although it had an acidic pH. Keywords: Bamboo Shoots, Liquid Organic Fertilizer, Soil Bacteria, Soil Fungi, Tofu Waste, Ultisol.
