PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN BUDAYA KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PEGAWAI PT BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA KANTOR CABANG PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine, analyze and apply the influence of the work environment and organizational commitment on employee performance with work culture as an intervening variable on employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara Palembang Branch Office. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara Palembang Branch Office, namely 105 people. The analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square method using SmartPLS software. The results showed that only work culture variables had an effect on performance, while work environment variables and organizational commitment had no effect on audit quality. Work environment variables and organizational commitment affect work culture. Work environment variables and organizational commitment affect performance with work culture variables as intervening variables. PT Bank Tabungan Negara Palembang Branch Office to always improve the performance of its employees not only from the work environment, commitment and work culture, but also pay attention to other aspects such as continuous education and training, providing motivation and appreciation and other things that are considered to improve the performance of its employees.
