EVALUASI USER EXPERIENCE PADA APLIKASI BRIMO MENGGUNAKAN METODE HEURISTIC EVALUATION
The BRImo application as one of the mobile banking service providers that received many bad reviews on the Google Play Store, so an evaluation is needed to ensure the level of user satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the BRImo application using the Heuristic Evaluation method to measure user experience. Respondents in this study were BRImo application users who had made transactions at least once. The results of the Heuristic Evaluation method obtained an evaluation value on a scale of 3 which means Major Problem (given medium priority for improvement) consisting of several components, namely visibility of system status (3.33), match between system and the real world (3.31), user control and freedom (3.34), consistency and standard (3.34), error prevention (3.31), recognize rather than recall (3.34), flexibility and efficiency of use (3.36), aesthetic and minimalist design (3.38), help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors (3.36), and help and documentation (3.35).
