IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENYELENGGARAAN SATU DATA INDONESIA DI DINAS KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA PROVINSI KEPULAUAN BANGKA BELITUNG
The One Data Indonesia Policy based on Presidential Regulation Number 39 of 2019 is a reference for realizing sectoral data governance with quality data to support national development. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of the One Data Indonesia Policy at the Communication and Informatics Office of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data collection was carried out through observation, documentation, and interviews with related informants, namely data guardians, data managers, data producers, and academics. Data were analyzed through several stages, namely data condensation, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the One Data Indonesia policy at the Communication and Informatics Office of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province had shown quite good results. However, there are still a number of obstacles faced by the Communication and Informatics Office as the provincial level Data Guardian. These obstacles include the lack of experts in the field of statistics and budget constraints, which hamper the implementation of SDI development programs, such as SDI Forum activities and the use of BIG. In addition, communication that is not yet fully optimal is also a challenge, as seen from the fact that there are still OPDs that are not present in SDI coaching activities, delays in data collection, and data that is not in accordance with SDI principles. This hampers Diskominfo in carrying out the task of examining and disseminating data.
