PENGARUH ASAM HUMAT-BIOCHAR DAN PUPUK SP-36 TERHADAP KETERSEDIAAN HARA P, PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN SAWI HIJAU PADA ULTISOL
Ultisol soils have low fertility, characterized by high soil acidity, low C-organic content, and limited availability of phosphorus (P) nutrients. One of the efforts to improve Ultisol is by applying a combination of humic acid-biochar and SP-36 fertilizer. This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of humic acid-biochar and SP-36 fertilizer on the availability of P nutrients as well as the growth and production of green mustard plants (Brassica juncea L.) on Ultisol. The research was conducted at the Plastic House, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, from September to December 2024. This study used a completely randomized design factorial (RALF) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor was humic acid-biochar treatment (A) (4 levels) and the second factor was SP-36 fertilizer treatment (P) (3 levels). Each treatment was repeated 3 times, so there were 36 experimental units. The results showed that the application of humic acid-biochar at a dose of 20 tons ha-1 was able to increase soil pH, C-organic, P-available as well as the growth and production of green mustard plants compared to other doses. While the application of SP-36 fertilizer at a dose of 100 kg ha-1 was able to increase soil pH, P-availability and growth and production of green mustard plants compared to other doses. In addition, there was an interaction between humic acid-biochar and SP-36 fertilizer which significantly affected plant height at harvest and wet weight of mustard greens at harvest.
