EVALUASI PROGRAM AMPERA CAKEP DALAM PENDATAAN PENDUDUK RENTAN DI KOTA PALEMBANG
Vulnerable populations such as the elderly, people with disabilities, ODGJ, and the poor often experience difficulties in accessing decent and accessible population administration services. This problem has become a concern for the Palembang City Government through the innovation of the AMPERA CAKEP Program which aims to provide services that are more inclusive and reach vulnerable groups directly. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of AMPERA CAKEP Program in population administration services for vulnerable populations in Palembang City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The evaluation was conducted using the five dimensions of public service quality, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The results found that the evaluation of the AMPERA CAKEP Program has been running well with the support of adequate facilities, such as mobile service cars and the use of official officer attributes, which increase public trust. However, there are still challenges such as limited area coverage and the need to increase human resource capacity.
