EVALUASI TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA PADA APLIKASI RUANG GURU DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN (GTK) DENGAN METODE PIECES FRAMEWORK
The Ruang Guru and Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) application, formerly known as Merdeka Mengajar, was developed to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. However, several challenges remain in its usage, such as slow system performance, inaccurate search results, and compatibility issues across devices. This study aims to evaluate user satisfaction with the Ruang GTK application using the PIECES Framework, which analyzes six key aspects: Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. This research employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 150 teachers in Jambi Province. Based on the research findings using the PIECES method, the results indicate that the Ruang GTK application falls into the "SATISFIED" category across all variables, with Performance scoring an average satisfaction level of 3.73, Information and Data 4.10, Economics 4.10, Control and Security 4.07, Efficiency 4.09, and Service 4.07. Although the study reveals a relatively high level of user satisfaction, the Performance aspect of the application still requires improvements in system stability, access speed, and optimization across various devices. This evaluation is expected to serve as a suggestion from the author to improve the quality of services and the effectiveness of the Ruang GTK application as a more optimal tool for educators in Indonesia, particularly in supporting the teaching, learning, and creative processes in an inclusive and simplified manner.
