BPJS Mobile services are still limited in reducing problems compared to services in the main office, and there has been no specific evaluation to assess the effectiveness and success of the program, as revealed in an initial survey at BPJS Kesehatan KC Palembang. This study aims to evaluate the BPJS Mobile innovation program in the work area of the Palembang branch office. This study uses a qualitative method of analytical descriptive approach with in-depth interview, observation and document review techniques. The results of the study found that the man indicator has two permanent officers and is in accordance with the qualifications but there is no decree that regulates it, the money indicator is used for facilities and infrastructure and transportation, the SOP and technical method indicators adjust services in the office, material indicators are adequate to support operations, market indicators have short socialization and delivery through social media is not optimal. Planning indicators are the difficult stage of determining the location, because there is no detailed mapping system, organizing indicators do not have an organized division of tasks and are adjusted to the needs of the field with two people more effectively, actuating indicators still have missed service flows, controlling indicators by looking at target reports and frequency of participants. Output indicators have reached the target, with FKTP change services being the most requested. However, the frequency, duration, and access to information are still not optimal. The general conclusion is the management of the BPJS Mobile innovation program process at BPJS Kesehatan KC Palembang has not been fully optimal in several indicators. Improvements are needed, including special SOPs, officer scheduling, GIS utilization, better coordination, internet support in remote areas, increased frequency and duration, maximized social media and branding, regular participant feedback, and periodic monitoring and evaluation.
