Cherry tomatoes (Lycopersicon esculentum var. cerasiforme) are among the commercial vegetable crops being developed in Indonesia. Every year, demand for cherry tomatoes increases and even imports from abroad must be made because domestic production is unable to meet demand. Cherry tomato production in Indonesia is only 60% of market demand and has experienced fluctuations and even significant declines. In Indonesia, Ultisol is a type of soil that is spread over 45,794,000 ha or approximately 25% of the total land area of Indonesia. Ultisol can be developed into agricultural land, but this utilization is constrained by low soil pH. One way to increase the availability of Ultisol nutrients is through the use of organic fertilizer-rice husk biochar combined with moringa leaf POC. This study aims to determine the effect of organic fertilizer-rice husk biochar and moringa leaf POC on soil pH, organic C, available P, Kdd and the growth and yield of cherry tomato plants on Ultisol. This research was conducted from December 2023 to February 2024. This research was conducted at the Plastic House, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The experiment was conducted using a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (RALF) with two factors. Each treatment was repeated 3 times to obtain 18 experimental polybag units. The treatment of organic fertilizer-rice husk biochar had a significant effect on soil pH, available P, soil Kdd, and cherry tomato plant canopy weight. The treatment of moringa leaf POC at a dose of 20 ml polybag- 1 tended to increase soil pH, organic C, available P, K-dd, and cherry tomato plant growth. The combination treatment of organic fertilizer-rice husk biochar and moringa leaf POC tended to increase soil pH, organic C, available P, Kdd, and cherry tomato plant growth.
