This research aims to find out how the news framing made by CNNIndonesia.com on the Free Lunch program promoted by Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming. This research uses the framing analysis model of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M Kosicki. CNN Indonesia views the free lunch program as an important issue that must be reported to readers. The results of the analysis showed that CNN Indonesia's reporting tended to criticize or be aware of potential challenges and problems that could arise in the implementation of the free lunch program.
