HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PECANDU NARKOBA DI YAYASAN PUSAT REHABILITASI AR-RAHMAN PALEMBANG
Drug abuse is a serious issue in Indonesia, with a significantly impact on the quality of life of addicts, including physical, psychological, social, and economic aspects. This study aims to analyze the relationship between family support and the quality of life of drug addicts undergoing rehabilitation at the Ar-Rahman Rehabilitation Center Foundation, Palembang. This study used a cross-sectional design with quantitative analytical approach. The sample consisted of 30 respondents taken through total sampling. Data collection used the Perceived Social Support-Family (PSS-Fa) questionnaire to measure family support and the WHOQOL-BREF for quality of life. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman Rank Correlation test. The results of study showed that the majority of respondents had good family support (53.3%) and good quality of life (76.7%). There was a significant positive relationship between family support and quality of life (p-value = 0.000; r = 0.773). These results showed that there was a strong relationship between family support and the quality of life of drug addicts at the Ar-Rahman Palembang Rehabilitation Center Foundation. The conclusion is that good family support plays an important role in improving the quality of life of drug addicts during the rehabilitation process. These results underline the importance of family involvement in supporting the recovery of drug addicts.
