ANALISIS RISIKO PADA PROYEK BENDUNGAN TIGA DIHAJI OGAN KOMERING ULU SELATAN
Dam construction projects have significant risks that can affect technical, labor, and environmental aspects so that effective risk management is needed. This research aims to identify and analyze the risks in excavation and embankment work on the Tiga Dihaji Dam project and determine the appropriate mitigation strategy. The research method uses a quantitative approach through distributing questionnaires to contractors and project consultants. Risk analysis is carried out using the Severity Index to assess the probability and impact of risks which are then mapped in a probability-impact matrix to determine the dominant level of risk. The results showed that the main risks included difficult terrain, bad weather, and work accidents due to the use of heavy equipment. The highest risks occur in the labor aspect, such as being hit by landslide materials and fatigue due to long working hours. Technical risks include project delays due to weather and heavy equipment wear, while environmental risks include soil erosion and air pollution due to construction activities. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for similar dam projects in the future in improving the effectiveness of risk management.
