This research aims to design and build a website-based incoming and outgoing mail management application. The application management used in this research is the management of incoming letters and outgoing letters at the Belida Darat Sub-District Office, Muara Enim Regency. The application that will be made in this study is in the form of a website, namely admin menu access and owner menu access consisting of a login page, dashboard menu page, user transaction page, agenda page, file gallery page, classification page, and settings page (settings page only for admin). This research uses primary data and secondary data available at the Belida Darat District Head Office, Muara Enim Regency. The results of this study indicate that this letter processing management application has succeeded in providing convenience and efficiency in the process of recording and monitoring incoming letters and outgoing letters at the Belida Darat Sub-District Office, Muara Enim Regency.
