Tidal swamp is land that has the potential to be managed as agricultural land. Mulya Sari Village is a village located in a tidal area. plant groups, especially cassava commodities, are still little cultivated in the mulya sari village area. Therefore, cassava crops have a considerable opportunity to be able to increase the income and welfare of farmers. The purpose of this study was to determine the limiting factors affecting the suitability of cassava plant land and to determine the level of land suitability for cassava plants on tidal land in Mulya Sari Village. The research was conducted from September to December 2023. The method used in this research is to use field survey methods and conduct laboratory analysis. The method used in this research is to use field survey methods and conduct laboratory analysis. The method in taking soil samples is by purposive sampling method with a land area of about 16 hectares. Soil sampling every 2 hectares is taken three soil sample points with a depth of 0-30 cm in a composite manner. In the analysis of soil physical properties in the form of Soil Texture, Permeability, Moisture Content, Bulk Density, Soil Pore Space while for the analysis of soil chemical properties in the form of Soil pH, Soil C-Organic, N-Total, P2O5, K2O. Data results in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Limiting factors that affect the growth of cassava plants on this research land are in the form of soil pH, P2O5 and K2O. Efforts made in improving the quality of land in the form of pH is by applying calcite lime around 4,162 kg/ha besides fertilization can improve the limiting factor in the form of P2O5 by adding SP-36 fertilizer as much as 418.26 kg/ha. K2O limiting factor can be improved by giving input in the form of KCl as much as 162.03 kg/ha. Keywords: Tidal Land, Limiting Factors, Cassava Crops
