FSC certification is a certification that aims for the processing chain of forest products (wood and non-timber) to be transported out of the forest, and FSC chain of custody certification also functions to verify that the material is certified. Simply put, FSC chain-of-custody certification is the pathway for all forest products. The objectives of this research are (1) to identify the process of implementing Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification in tracing pencil slat raw materials at PT Xylo Indah Pratama; (2) to identify tracing pencil slat raw materials and the chain of custody system at PT Pratama at the supplier level; and (3) to identify the level of satisfaction of suppliers who have a partnership with PT Xylo Indah Pratama, Musi Rawas Regency. The research was carried out at PT The research method used is a case study of the company PT Xylo Indah Pratama. The research population is all suppliers who collaborate with PT Xylo Indah Pratama. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from observations and interviews with informants, while secondary data was data obtained from library sources and research journals. The results of this research are: (1) In the process of implementing certification by fulfilling the principles that have been established for both partner farmers, suppliers, and research companies who have gone directly to the field, it is identified that the principles have been implemented quite well. (2) Traceability of raw materials at the level The supplier is PT Indah Pratama. The Chain of Custody system implemented assigns land-id numbering to wood logs and wood stumps. (3) The satisfaction level of suppliers who partner with PT Xylo Indah Pratama meets satisfaction criteria. Based on these results, it can be seen that the search for raw materials for pencil slats is at the supplier level at the company PT Primary. Apart from that, the implementation of FSC certification is carried out in accordance with established principles, and suppliers who carry out partnership cooperation with the PT Xylo Indah Pratama company have a level of satisfaction with the criteria of satisfaction.
