Coffee processing businesses should pay attention to supply chain management performance so that the managed business can be well coordinated. The purposes of this search were (1) To study the product flow, financial flow and information flow of the robusta ground coffee supply chain in Muaradua District, South OKU Regency, (2) To analyze the performance of the robusta ground coffee supply chain in Muaradua District, South OKU Regency, and (3) To create a supply chain model for robusta ground coffee in Muaradua District, South OKU Regency. This research was conducted in Muaradua District, South OKU Regency in November 2023. The research method used is a survey method using a saturated sampling technique, namely all members of the population are used as samples. The population consisted of 7 Robusta ground coffee entrepreneurs who were used as samples. The data collected is in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results of this research are (1) Identification of the supply chain flow for robusta ground coffee in Muaradua District, South OKU Regency, there are three distribution streams. Distribution flows which include product flows, financial flows, and information flows. The flow that occurs in the Robusta ground coffee processing process has a smooth distribution flow. (2) The performance of the robusta ground coffee supply chain in Muaradua District, South OKU Regency is reviewed through marketing efficiency performance. Marketing of robusta ground coffee in Muaradua District, South OKU Regency is said to be efficient. (3) The Robusta ground coffee supply chain management distribution model has two marketing channels.
