The objectives of this study were (1) analyze the income received by pineapple farmers in Karang Jaya Village, East Prabumulih Subdistrict, Prabumulih City, (2) analyze the consumption expenditure patterns of pineapple farmer households in Karang Jaya Village, East Prabumulih Subdistrict, Prabumulih City, (3) analyze the correlation between total income and household consumption expenditure of pineapple farmers in Karang Jaya Village, East Prabumulih Subdistrict, Prabumulih City. and (4) analyze the factors that influence household consumption expenditure of pineapple farmers in Karang Jaya Village, East Prabumulih Subdistrict, Prabumulih City. This research was conducted in December 2023 with total sample of 39 farmers from a population of 300 pineapple farmers. The research methods used were survey and interview methods with the help of questionnaires, while the sampling method was using simple random sampling method. The data collected were in the form of primary and secondary data. The data processing method was done using quantitative descriptive using excel for income and expenditure analysis and using SPSS for multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed the total income of pineapple farmers in Karang Jaya Village is IDR61.869.274. Income from pineapple farming contributed IDR45.941.069/lg/year or 74.25% and income from outside farming contributed IDR15.928.205/year or 27.75%. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, the household consumption pattern of pineapple farmers in Karang Jaya Village is dominated by food expenditure, with the proportion of food expenditure amounting 68.50% and the proportion of non food expenditure amounting 31.50% each year. Total income with household consumption expenditure has a significant positive relationship with a strong degree of correlation. Factors that significantly influence the household consumption expenditure of farmers are total income, education, and number of family members, while the age of farmers and land area have no significant effect.
