ANALISIS DAN PERBANDINGAN USER EXPERIENCE (UX) APLIKASI MOBILE LEARNING RUANGGURU DAN QUIPPER MENGGUNAKAN METODE MECUE QUESTIONNAIRE 2.0
Technological advancements have driven the development of mobile learning applications as flexible and interactive learning tools. Ruangguru and Quipper are two popular mobile learning applications in Indonesia that offer similar features, such as educational videos, practice exercises, and tutor access. This study aims to analyze and compare the user experience (UX) of both applications using the MeCUE Questionnaire 2.0 method, which consists of five modules with ten evaluation indicators: Usefulness, Usability, Visual Aesthetics, Status, Commitment, Positive Emotions, Negative Emotions, Intention to Use, Product Loyalty, and Overall Evaluation. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire distributed to users who have used both applications. The results indicate that Ruangguru outperforms Quipper in all aspects of the ten MeCUE Questionnaire 2.0 indicators, with the highest score in Visual Aesthetics (6.0). Meanwhile, Quipper received the lowest score across all ten indicators, with the lowest being in Commitment and Product Loyalty (4.96). These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for application developers to enhance user experience and improve competitiveness in the mobile learning market.
