Service quality is a very important thing to pay attention to in every service, including educational services at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Sriwijaya University. Service quality needs to be evaluated continuously to make plans to increase satisfaction with services provided, in this case students. Service evaluation can be done by analyzing students' perceptions of the level of satisfaction with the services they receive. This research is to describe perceptions and obtain significance of test results of differences in perceptions of student satisfaction levels between departments regarding services at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Sriwijaya University. The variables observed are service quality, namely Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Assurance. Data collection obtained 110 respondents from Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciencesconsisting of students from the Department of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Marine Science and Pharmacy. The method used in the research is Kruskal-Wallis Test. The results of the data description show that the Tangible variable received the most responses "Quite Satisfied", while the Emphaty, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance variables received the most responses "Satisfied". The results of the research showed that of the five variables observed, there was one variable that had The difference in perception between Department students regarding the services provided by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences is the Responsiveness variable. The results of testing the differences in the Responsiveness variable show that students from the Departments of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Pharmacy gave the highest percentage of responses in the "Satisfied" category. Students from the Department of Biology and Marine Sciences gave the highest percentage of responses of "Very Satisfied" with the services provided by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.
