ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP APLIKASI FACEBOOK MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS)
Facebook has emerged as one of the most widely used social media sites globally, as evidenced by the ratings and reviews on the Playstore which reached 157,160,425 reviews. From these reviews, many users commented in the form of complaints. Complaints felt by users are often experiencing bugs or lags, the content displayed is often irrelevant and filled with ads. These complaints from Facebook application users indicate user dissatisfaction in using the Facebook application, even though Facebook gets a high rating of 4.6 on the Playstore. Based on this, researchers analyzed the level of satisfaction of Facebook application users by applying the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The EUCS method focuses on assessing user satisfaction based on five variables, namely content, accuracy, display format, ease of use, and timeliness. After the data from the questionnaire that had been distributed was collected into 115 people, the data was processed using SPSS. The test carried out was descriptive statistics. The variable with the highest level of satisfaction is Ease of Use (82.9%), followed by Appearance (80.7%) and Timeliness (78.2%). User Satisfaction reaches 76%, while Accuracy has the lowest level of satisfaction (69.4%). This shows that users are most satisfied with Facebook's ease of use, while accuracy still needs to be improved.
