Rice is one type of plant that is commonly used as a staple food in Indonesia. The rate of increase in rice production is not only determined by considering high quality seeds, fertilizers, the right planting time, and the construction of irrigation systems, but also by the interaction of the area of planted land and its productivity. This study was conducted in a swampy area located in Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This study used the Randomized Block Design (RAK) method. There were 4 accessions/varieties and 3 replications in this study, with each replication containing 96 plants. The data obtained from the observation results were then analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) method. After being analyzed, it will be continued using the Least Significant Difference Test (LSD) to see the differences between accessions/varieties. The results of the analysis showed that accessions T2 and TR2 had quite high growth and production results. In this study, the accession/variety that had the highest production results was IR64. This study also showed that plants in accessions T2 and TR2 responded well to submergence stress in the vegetative phase and drought stress in the generative phase.
