This study aims to analyze the influence of government policies and social aspects on economic growth in ASEAN countries. The variables studied include the Corruption Perception Index, education expenditure, poverty rate, and Human Development Index (HDI). The data used are panel data from ASEAN countries during 2012-2022 period, analyzed using the panel data regression method with the Random Effect Model. The results of the study indicate that the Corruption Perception Index has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Education expenditure has a positive but insignificant effect. Poverty rate has a negative and significant effect. Meanwhile, HDI has a positive but insignificant effect on economic growth. These findings emphasize the importance of enforcing anti-corruption policies and poverty alleviation as an effort to encourage economic growth in ASEAN countries.
