EVALUASI USER EXPERIENCE PADA APLIKASI CAPCUT MENGGUNAKAN METODE MODULAR EVALUATION OF KEY COMPONENTS OF USER EXPERIENCE 2.0 (MECUE 2.0)
CapCut is a video editing application available on mobile, web, and desktop platforms. In its mobile version, CapCut has a rating of 3.8 on the Play Store, highlighting the need to assess its quality through user experience measurement. This study aims to evaluate the user experience of the CapCut application using the meCUE 2.0 method. MeCUE 2.0 consists of five modules with ten indicators measured using a 7-point Likert scale. The measurement results for each indicator are as follows: usefulness (6.04), usability (6.18), visual aesthetics (5.80), status (5.20), commitment (4.45), positive emotions (5.28), negative emotions (2.67), intention to use (4.74), product loyalty (4.71), and overall evaluation (4.3). The highest average scores were found in usability (6.18) and usefulness (6.04), while the lowest average scores appeared in commitment (4.45), product loyalty (4.71), and intention to use (4.74). These results indicate that while CapCut performs well functionally, improvements are needed in indicator commitment (4,45), product loyalty (4,71), dan intention to use (4,74).
