EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN KEGIATAN PEMBUATAN SURAT IZIN MENGEMUDI ONLINE DI KANTOR KEPOLISIAN RESOR KOTA PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of online driving license (SIM) creation activities at the Palembang City Police Resort Office. This research is motivated by problems that occur where there are some people who do not know the online public service system provided by the National Police to make it easier for people to make a Driver's License. This study uses the theory of Kettner, Moroneym and Martin which has five dimensions that is, effort, cost efficiency, results, cost effectiveness, and impact. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that in the dimention of effort, every work related to service must be accompanied by a time commitment so that the results are optimal, in the dimension of cost efficiency, input and output according to needs, in the results dimension, namely the least people who use the online service system The cost effectiveness dimension is found to be ineffective considering the small costs incurred for production, and the impact dimension shows a balance between the positive and negative impacts of the online service system
