PERAN GROWTH MINDSET TERHADAP ACADEMIC RESILIENCE PADA MAHASISWA YANG BEKERJA
This study aims to determine the role of growth mindset on academic resilience among working students. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that growth mindset plays a role in academic resilience among working students. This study involved 152 students who work in Indonesia. While the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The academic resilience variable was measured using a psychological scale compiled by researchers referring to aspects of Martin & Marsh (2006) and growth mindset variables compiled by researchers based on dimensions from Dweck (2006). Data analysis was conducted using simple regression technique.
