The implementation of Accounting Information System (AIS) in hospitals is one of the important strategies in improving efficiency and accuracy in financial management. Regional General Hospital Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province has implemented AIS to manage cash receipts at the main cashier, but it still needs to be analyzed to determine the effectiveness of the AIS implementation. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the AIS implementation of cash receipts at the main cashier of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Regional General Hospital. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The data used in this research is primary data, where data is collected through interviews and observation methods. To increase the validity of the data, sources triangulation, method triangulation, and theory triangulation were used. The results showed that the analysis of the Accounting Information System for cash receipts used at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital has been implemented properly. Furthermore, the development of the Cash Receipt Accounting Information System at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital has been running effectively, as evidenced by the success of the process of obtaining cash at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital in accordance with the provisions of the existing Guidelines. This research is expected to provide useful information to improve the effectiveness of the system and support the smooth operation of the hospital.
