Harendong Bulu (Miconia crenata (Vahl) Michelang.) contains secondary metabolites including flavonoids, saponins, tannins, steroids, triterpenoids, and phenolics. Phenolic compounds contained in harendong bulu are known to have antioxidant power. The purpose of this study was to measure total phenolic content and antioxidant power of extracts and fractions from stems, leaves, and roots of harendong bulu and to determine correlation between total phenolic content and antioxidant power. This research was conducted by determining total phenolic content using Follin-ciocalteu method and testing antioxidant power using DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazil) method on ethanol extracts, n-hexane fractions, ethyl acetate fractions, and ethanol fractions from stems, leaves, and roots of harendong bulu. The results of determination of total phenolic content from the largest to the smallest in a row are leaf ethyl acetate fraction, leaf ethanol fraction, leaf ethanol extract, stem ethyl acetate fraction, stem ethanol extract, root ethanol fraction, root ethanol extract, stem ethanol fraction, root ethyl acetate fraction, stem n-hexane fraction, root n-hexane fraction, leaf n-hexane fraction. The largest total phenolic content was found in ethyl acetate fraction of harendong bulu leaves at 403.2±1.571 mgGAE/g. The test results of the largest antioxidant power in ethyl acetate fraction of harendong bulu leaves with IC50 18,742 ppm which is included in very strong category. There is a correlation between total phenolic content and antioxidant power where the greater total phenolic content, the stronger antioxidant power.
