PENERAPAN METODE GOAL-DIRECTED DESIGN DALAM PERANCANGAN USER INTERFACE WEBSITE SISTEM INFORMASI KEPEGAWAIAN BAWASLU PROVINSI JAMBI
Utilization of information technology in data management has become a fundamental necessity for organizations, including Bawaslu of Jambi Province. One of the challenges faced is the absence of an integrated personnel information system, leading to inefficient employee data management and longer processing times. This study aims to design the user interface of the Personnel Information System (SIKAP) website for Bawaslu of Jambi Province using the Goal-Directed Design (GDD) approach, which consists of six stages: research, modeling, requirement, framework, refinement, and support. This approach focuses on user needs and goals to create a more effective interface design. The study resulted in a prototype tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS), where admin users achieved an average score of 93.75 (Best Imaginable), Bawaslu users scored 81.71 (Excellent), and Panwaslu users obtained 73.46 (Good). These results show that the system has a high level of usability across all user groups, although there are still some aspects that could be improved to provide a more optimized user experience.
