The international market is a global scale market with vast consumer potential. Multinational companies are competing to enter the international market to increase abundant profits. Among these companies is PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. which is one of the private companies in the livestock sector in Indonesia. With increasing global food demand, this provides potential for Japfa to enter the international market. In addition, the presence of the AFTA agreement on excise exemptions in the ASEAN market can provide convenience for Japfa in exporting goods to the Southeast Asian region. However, an appropriate strategy is needed given the presence of competitors in similar fields such as Charoen Pokphand Group and Leong Hup International Berhads in the Asian market as well as Tyson Foods Inc. at the global market level. With these competitors, PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk needs the right strategy to compete in the international market
