Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Camat Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Ilir Barat II Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kecamatan Ilir Barat II Palembang menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel yang berjumlah 33 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. This research aims to determine the influence of sub-district leadership style on improving employee performance in Ilir Barat II Sub-district, Palembang. The population in this study were employees of Ilir Barat II Subdistrict, Palembang, using a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 33 respondents. The data collection method used in this research was obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
