Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Honor Pada Dinas Kearsipan Dan Perpustakaan Kota Tegal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kecamatan Ilir Barat II Palembang menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel yang berjumlah 34 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. This research aims to determine the influence of compensation on the performance of honorary employees at the Tegal City Archives and Library Service. The population in this study were employees of Ilir Barat II Subdistrict, Palembang using a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 34 respondents. The data collection method used in this research was obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
