PERAN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT TERHADAP ADAPTABILITAS KARIER PADA WANITA YANG BEKERJA
This study aims to determine the role of perceived organizational support towards career adaptability in working women. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a role of perceived organizational support towards career adaptability in working women. The population of this study were working women, where the number of research samples were 206 working women and 51 working women for the try out. The sampling technique used in this study was incidental sampling. This study uses a career adaptability scale that refers to the dimensions of career adaptability from Savickas and Porfeli (2012) and a perceived organizational support scale that refers to the dimensions of perceived organizational support from Eisenberger, Huntington, Hutchison, and Sowa (1986). This study uses simple linear regression analysis techniques.
