ANALISIS SALURAN PEMASARAN DAN FARMER'S SHARE JAMBU AIR CITRA DI DESA LUBUK SAKTI KECAMATAN INDRALAYA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
This study aims to identify marketing channels and farmer's share of Citra water apple in Lubuk Sakti Village, Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The location selection was carried out deliberately by considering that this location is one of the areas producing Citra water apple in Ogan Ilir Regency. Data collection was carried out in January 2025 using the direct interview method with farmers. The sampling method used was saturation sampling. Data processing methods in descriptive analysis and contribution analysis are presented in data processing tabulations with mricosof excel. The results of this study indicate that there are three marketing channels for Citra water apple in Lubuk Sakti Village. The three marketing channels are: 1) Farmers-Collectors-Main Market-Retailers-Consumers, 2) Farmers-Retailers-Consumers, 3) Farmers-Consumers. The marketing margin value of channel I is IDR 5,000/kg, farmer's share is 50% and the profit ratio is 3.61. channel II has a margin value of Rp15,000/kg, farmer’s share of 50% and a profit ratio of 6.14 and channel III has a margin value of Rp25,000/kg, farmer’s share of 100% and a profit ratio of 49. So it can be concluded that the marketing channel of Citra Water Apple in Lubuk Sakti Village is declared efficient.
