Exclusive breastfeeding is the provision of breast milk without additional food or drinks to infants up to six months of age. Its success is influenced by maternal attitude, husband's support, and birth spacing. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Prabumulih City increased, particularly in Prabumulih Timur Health Center, reaching 77.3% in 2023. Although the target was achieved, the figure remains fluctuating. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal attitude, husband's support, and birth spacing with the success of exclusive breastfeeding in the Prabumulih Timur Health Center Work Area. A cross-sectional research design was used, involving 70 mothers with children aged 6-11 months, selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that 78.6% of mothers had a positive attitude toward exclusive breastfeeding, 62.9% received husband's support, 68.5% had safe birth spacing (>24 months), and 80% practiced exclusive breastfeeding. Most respondents were aged 20–35 years (70%), had higher education (44.3%), worked as housewives or civil servants (27.1%), had an income ≥ UMR Prabumulih (54.3%), and had two children (51.4%).There was a significant relationship between maternal attitude (p=0.002), husband's support (p=0.003), and birth spacing (p=0.018) with the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Mothers are encouraged to enhance their knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding benefits through education, social media, or health consultations, while husbands are advised to participate in educational sessions to provide more effective support.
