ANALISIS SPASIAL KONSENTRASI PM10TERHADAP KEJADIAN BERAT BAYI LAHIR RENDAH DI KOTA PALEMBANG
Exposure to PM10 during pregnancy is closely related to the risk of increased LBW in children born. This study aims to analyze the relationship between PM10 exposure and the incidence of Low Birth Weight (LBW) in Palembang City. PM10 concentration data were collected from 2019 to 2022, while LBW prevalence data were taken from 2020 to 2023. This study uses an ecological study with a mapping approach to the distribution of PM10 concentrations and LBW were analyzed using the overlay method based on sub-district area units. The results showed that the area with the highest incidence of LBW was in Plaju District and the lowest was in Kertapati District. Then the highest PM10 concentration was in Kertapati District and the lowest was in Jakabaring District. This finding strengthens the hypothesis that the increase in LBW is also followed by an increase in PM 10 based on the area.
