The results showed that farmers allocated an average of 51.13 workdays per year to oil palm farming, contributing 76.71% to total household income. Work time allocation for other farming activities and non-agricultural work reached 241.04 workdays and 197.52 workdays per year, respectively. The average productivity of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) was 19 tons per year, generating an income of IDR 117,076,460 per hectare annually. However, there was a significant potential of unused leisure time, averaging 128.45 workdays per year. Diversifying activities, such as cultivating additional crops or engaging in non-agricultural businesses, was recommended to increase supplementary income.
