PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA BANK SUMSEL BABEL CABANG UTAMA KAPTEN A. RIVAI PALEMBANG
Employee performance plays a crucial role in achieving organizational goals, making Human Resource Management (HRM) a strategic aspect that must be well- managed. This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at Bank Sumsel Babel, Kapten A. Rivai Palembang branch. Data were collected through interviews with a Customer Service representative and a survey of 45 employees at the bank. The findings show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the more effective the leadership style, the higher the employee performance. Additionally, work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The higher the level of work discipline, the better the performance achieved. This study emphasizes the importance of implementing effective leadership and improving work discipline to enhance employee performance at Bank Sumsel Babel.
