If oil palm plants have passed their economic age, production will decrease every year. One way that can be done to overcome this problem is by rejuvenating oil palms. The aims of this research are: 1) to analyze the labor allocation of plasma farmers before and after oil palm rejuvenation in East Burnai village, Pedamaran District. 2) to identify what other businesses are carried out by plasma farmers to obtain other income after rejuvenation and how much they contribute to the farmer's household income. 3) identify differences in plasma household income before and after oil palm rejuvenation. This research was carried out in November until it was completed by interviewing 40 sample farmers using a questionnaire tool as a list of questions. Based on the research results, it is known that the labor allocation for oil palm farming before rejuvenation was 67.03 HOK/year, but after rejuvenation it decreased to 39.55 HOK/year. This difference occurred due to the loss of harvesting activities, which contributed quite a lot to devoting labor. After rejuvenation was carried out, farmers allocated labor work to oil palm, corn, and non-farming farming, for a total of 154.24 HOK/year for adult men and 134.12 HOK/year for adult women, with an average free time owned by farming families of 288.36 HOK/year. Household income before rejuvenation came from oil palm farming and non-farming income carried out by family members, with an average income of Rp. 73,826,739/yr. By carrying out rejuvenation, of course the income from oil palm becomes non-productive; farmers obtain income from corn farming and non-farming as a form of allocating free time. The average income after rejuvenation is IDR. 61,964,307/year. Income after rejuvenation received from corn farming has a high contribution of 65%, and income from non-farming contributes a moderate 35% to total household income.
