Duku (Lansium domesticum) is a typical tropical plant. This plant has a wide distribution in Southeast Asia. Duku (L. domesticum) is a type of fruit from the Meliaceae family. The pathogen Ceratocystis sp. plays a negative role in duku plants, which can damage, threaten, and cause several lethal symptoms on plants. Ceratocystis sp. causes extensive disease symptoms such as stem canker and root rot. This study aims to determine the effect of plant variety diversity, insect population, squirrels and monkeys on the development and severity of ceratocystis disease. This research was conducted in 9 plantations in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research was conducted by observing vegetation analysis, counting insect and mammal populations, and soil sampling. The results showed that the highest INP of L. domesticum in the category of trees in healthy gardens was 87.6. L. domesticum medium attacked garden category amounted to 181.8. In the category of severely attacked gardens, the largest INP was 170.3. The diversity of varieties in each garden is different, gardens with healthy categories have an important index value (INP) of L. domesticum less than 100, while gardens with moderate and severe categories have INP ranging from 100 to 250. The composition of families, orders, and classes also varies, where healthy gardens have a more diverse composition compared to gardens with moderate and severe attacks. In addition, the population of insects, squirrels and monkeys in healthy gardens was lower, because they were rarely found in healthy gardens. While in moderately and severely infested gardens, the populations were higher.
