EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN OBAT PADA PASIEN STROKE HEMORAGIK DI RSUD SITI FATIMAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
Hemorrhagic stroke occurs due to bleeding or rupture of blood vessels in the brain that disrupt blood circulation. Hemorrhagic stroke occurs around 10%-20% of all types of stroke with mortality rates reaching 25% to 48%, indicating that hemorrhagic stroke has a high mortality. Rational drug administration in hemorrhagic stroke patients can affect the success of therapy. This study aims to evaluate the use of drugs in hemorrhagic stroke patients in the inpatient installation of Siti Fatimah Hospital, South Sumatra Province for the period January 2024-December 2024. This study is an observational analytic study conducted retrospectively from patient medical record data. The results of the evaluation of drug use obtained the right diagnosis 100%, the right indication 100%, the right patient 100%, the right drug 100%, the right dose of antihypertensive 100%, the right dose of diuretic 100%, the right dose of antifibrinolytic 88,97%, the right dose of neuroprotectant 100%, the right route of drug administration 100%, the right duration of drug administration 100% and be aware of the side effects of drugs 100%. The results of the evaluation of drug use in this study showed that most of the overall parameters of drug use analysed were appropriate. Keywords: Drug Use Evaluation, Drug Use, Hemorrhagic Stroke
