PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL SINGKONG DAUN (Manihot esculenta crantz) PADA TINGKAT KEMATANGAN STEK DAN MEDIA TANAM BERBEDA
Cassava leaves are leaf vegetables that have been widely recognized, cultivated, and consumed by the people of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the growth of leaf cassava at different maturity levels of cuttings and planting media. This study adopted a randomized group factorial design (RAKF) consisting of two treatments, namely the maturity level of cuttings (scion cuttings (B1), rootstock cuttings (B2), rootstock cuttings (B3) and planting media (top soil (P1), cow manure (P2), goat manure (B3). The results of this study show that leaf cassava propagated by mid-stem cuttings is the best planting material, which is presented through the number of shoots, number of leaves, number of shoot harvests, shoot harvest weight, total leaf area, and shoot length. Meanwhile, related to the planting medium, cow manure is a planting medium that is able to produce leaf cassava growth performance. This is evidenced by the number of shoots, number of shoot harvests, shoot harvest weight, total leaf area, and shoot length. In conclusion, mid-stem cuttings and cow manure are the best treatments in increasing leaf cassava growth.
