Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) cultivation is a fairly high commodity. However, in its maintenance there are obstacles, namely health problems and mass deaths in the cultivation population, which can be caused by nutritional deficiencies. Therefore, an artificial feed formulation was made with the addition of mealworm larvae (Tenebrio molitor) and ginger (Zingiber officinale). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding T. molitor and Z. officinale to the feed and its best treatment on total erythrocytes, leukocytes, and hemoglobin. This study was conducted from November 2024 to January 2025 at the Local Fish Seed Center. The experimental method used was a Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The feed preparation consisted of Treatment 1 (K) = 100% commercial pellets, Treatment 2 (P1) = 70% commercial pellets + 25% T. molitor flour + 5% Z. officinale, Treatment 3 (P2) = 40% commercial pellets + 50% T. molitor flour + 10% Z. officinale, and Treatment 4 (P3) = 10% commercial pellets + 75% T. molitor flour + 15% Z. officinale. The results of the study using the ANOVA test gave a significant effect for each treatment (p < 0,05) so that a further BNT test was carried out which showed that the addition of T. molitor and Z. officinale flour was significantly different in increasing total erythrocytes, leukocytes, and hemoglobin with the best treatment being treatment 3 (P2) = 40% commercial pellets + 50% T. molitor flour + 10% Z. officinale. The highest average erythrocytes in treatment 3 (P2) were obtained at 0.82 ± 0.02 (106 cells/mm-3). The highest leukocytes in treatment 3 (P2) were 0.150 ± 0.004 (104 cells/mm-3). Highest hemoglobin in treatment 3 (P2) were obtained at 8.50 ± 2.08 g/dl-1.
