This research aims to find out the effect of motivation to enter the world of work and self-efficacy on the work readiness of students majoring in Management shift program Faculty of Economic Unsri. The sample in this research was 46 students from the Department of Management shift program class of 2022 and 2023. The data collection technique in this research consisted of field research in the form of distributing questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used in this research were multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this research shows motivation to enter the world of work variable partialy has a positive and significant effect on work readiness, and the self- efficacy variable has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of Management shift program from Faculty of Economics Unsri.
