PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BADAN PUSAT STATISTIK OGAN ILIR
This study aims to analyze the influence of training and career development on employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ogan Ilir. This type of research uses an associative quantitative approach. The study population is all employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Ogan Ilir which totals 34 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques using SPSS 26. The results of this study show that training and career development have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Partially training has a positive effect on employee performance and career development has a positive effect on employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ogan Ilir.
