EVALUASI USER EXPERIENCE PADA WEBSITE PEMERINTAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE MECUE QUESTIONNAIRE 2.0
The implementation of information technology is the main driver in increasing the productivity of various public services or industrial sectors. One of them has been implemented by the South Sumatra provincial government agency with the existence of an e-government website that is used as a disseminator and information provider. The South Sumatra provincial government website is one of the service providers and public information as well as a communication channel between the community and the government. This study aims to measure the user experience of public service website information systems to determine the quality of service whether it is in accordance with user expectations. Researchers used the meCUE Questionnaire 2.0 method which has 5 modules with 9 assessment instruments in it. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using google form to 131 respondents who had accessed the website. The results of the measurement show usefulness has an average value of (5.30), usability of (4.97), visual aesthetics of (3.87), status of (3.53), commitment of (3.15), intention to use of (3.40), positive emotions of (4.16), negative emotions of (2.92) product loyalty of (3.45). The overall evaluation gets an average value of 3.00 and it can be concluded that the website of the South Sumatra provincial government can be declared “Good Enough”.
