PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SIMULASI PHET PADA PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN SISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL-SOAL HUKUM KIRCHOFF
This study aims to examine the effect of using PhET simulation media on students' ability to solve Kirchhoff's Law problems. The research method used is an experimental design with a one-group pre-test post-test model. The research sample consists of 15 students from grade XI Science. The results show that the use of PhET simulations has a significant impact, as evidenced by the students' average scores, where the pre-test score of 54 increased to 90 in the post-test. Statistical analysis indicates a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results, with a significance level below the predetermined threshold, suggesting that PhET simulations significantly influence students' understanding, as marked by an improvement in their ability to solve Kirchhoff’s Law problems. These findings align with previous studies confirming that the use of simulation media can enhance students' comprehension and cognitive skills. Therefore, integrating PhET simulations in physics learning is recommended to create a more engaging and effective learning experience, increase student motivation, and support the implementation of technology in education.
