This research aims to find out the influence of "Students profil of Pacasila (P5)" strengthening project on the skill development of students at SMA Negeri 16 Palembang. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The total population in this study is 1,039 students with a sample of 107 students consisting of 3 classes. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling method with the cluster random sampling method. Data collection techniques used are in the form of questionnaires and observations. The data was analyzed descriptively which is then continued with a hypothesis test using the t test. The results of the hypothesis test show that the value of Thitung ≥ Ttable is Thitung = 11,37951 ≥ Ttable = 1,982 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the determinant coefficient showed that there was an influence of the Pancasila (P5) student profile strengthening project on skill development by 45.40% while the rests were influenced by other factors that are not studied in this study.
